NW-TK30 Nils Extreme Nordic Walking and Trekking poles have telescopic structure, that allows to adjust the pole length in a quick and easy way, in proportion to the user’s height. NW-TK30 Nils Extreme poles are equipped with inner anti-shock system, that absorbs vibration and protects joints even during intensive marching. Thanks to interchangeable tips, poles can be used on flat and paved surfaces as well as in mountainous regions.
Nordic Walking / Trekking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system, and greatly improves the efficiency of our body. Muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen are working while walking with poles. Involving in exercise such a large muscle group has a really positive impact on increasing our overall physical fitness.
