Monika Szymanek is the Junior Polish Champion in Olympic double-fighters in the up to 55 kg category. He has also many Polish records in the 53 and 55 kg category under the age of 15, 17, 20 and 23.

Due to the current situation, all clubs and gyms have been closed, so our Master has nowhere to train.

Together with Monika we thought about how to remedy this situation. The HMS brand gave her the neck, floor weights and other small items so that she would not have to stop her exercises. Monica’s dad arranged his garage creating a pretty decent training room.
