On June 19-21 in Miętowe Wzgórza, Małgorzata Rozenek – Majdan prepared a workshop titled “Fashion, Health & Beauty” in which HMS brand was involved as a sponsor of fitness equipment. During the workshop, participants learnt under the watchful eye of numerous experts: doctors, nutritionists, trainers, a stylist, a make-up artist, hairdressers and a psychologist. The workshop helped to change one’s appearance, habits and improve the participants’ health. The participants were taught how to deal with extra kilograms thanks to nutritionists and trainers. Over these three days, the trainers show how to exercise correctly in order to strengthen one’s muscles and improve silhouette in short series. When leaving Miętowe Wzgórza, the participants were more self-confident and had more self-esteem.
