HULA HOOP ________________________________________________________________________________________________ HH01 Hula Hoop is a ring rotating along the circumference of the waist or other parts of the body – hips, neck, chest or legs and arms. Maintaining constant contact, it massages the exercised parts of the body. Those, who will gain proper skills in this exercise, are able to maneuver the body in a such way that the hula hoop is moving along different body parts without stopping to rotate: for example first around the neck, than lower, to the shoulders, chest, waist, hips, thighs and knees – and back.
