NW106 Nils Extreme Nordic Walking poles have telescopic structure, that allows to adjust the pole length in a quick and easy way, in proportion to the user’s height. To the ergonomic and non-slip grips we have added adjustable, neoprene gloves. Removable pads and plates allow to use the NW106 Nils Extreme Nordic Walking poles on many kinds of terrain: flat areas with surfaces such as asphalt, grass, snow, sand, mud, etc.
Nordic Walking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system, and greatly improves the efficiency of our body. Muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs, arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen are working while walking with poles. Involving in exercise such a large muscle group has a really positive impact on increasing our overall physical fitness.
